Fulfillment Policy

At Cashflow Coaches, we provide financial services including bookkeeping, forecasting, and coaching support. Our fulfillment process reflects the nature of our work and our commitment to delivering timely, accurate service.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally via secure client portals, email, or video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom). After purchase or onboarding, clients will receive a welcome email within 24 hours outlining next steps and how to access our services.

  • Bookkeeping: Initial bookkeeping services are typically delivered within 15 business days of receiving complete documentation from the client. Bookkeeping is delivered weekly or monthly, as agreed upon thereafter.

  • Forecasting & Coaching Support: Strategy calls, reviews, and planning sessions are scheduled in advance and delivered at the agreed-upon time.

Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery of our services depends on clients providing accurate and complete financial documentation by the dates outlined in their service agreement. Delays in providing necessary materials may result in corresponding delays in service fulfillment.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our work, all services are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching call, we request 24 hours' notice. For monthly service agreements, cancellation terms are outlined in your client contract.
